1. KR Energetics™ Sales Regulations

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS KR ENERGETICS™

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules for the sale of personalized digital products, including talismans and sigils.
  2. The Seller is Karina Rębisz, conducting business activity under the name KR Energetics™.
  3. Making a purchase constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and the End User License Agreement.

§2. Nature of Products

  1. KR Energetics™ products are personalized digital products, created individually on order, according to a proprietary energetic-symbolic system.
  2. They are not subject to return in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Art. 38, points 3 and 13).

§3. Fulfillment Time

  1. Standard fulfillment time is 24h–7 days, depending on the number of orders.
  2. The order process begins upon receipt of complete data and payment.

§4. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All rights to designs, symbols and patterns are reserved.
  2. The customer receives a personal license only, without the right to: resale, copying, modification, or public sharing.

§5. Complaints

  1. Complaints apply exclusively to technical errors or non-receipt of a file.
  2. Energetic or subjective complaints are not considered.

EULA / End User License Agreement

KR ENERGETICS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  1. The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the talisman/sigil solely for personal use.
  2. The following are prohibited: resale, publishing the design without consent, commercial use, modification of symbols and energetic codes.
