OVERVIEW Welcome to the KR Energetics store. The terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to KR Energetics, operated by Karina Rębisz. KR Energetics operates this store and website to provide you with a personalized shopping experience ("Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify technology.
The following Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and obligations in connection with your use of the Services. Please read them carefully.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. To use the Services, we may ask you to provide information such as your email address and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and all activity conducted through it.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS KR Energetics offers personalized digital products, including energetic talismans, sigils, digital wallpapers, ritual guides and digital books — created individually according to a proprietary energetic-symbolic system.
All products are digital and delivered electronically via email. No physical items are shipped.
Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KR Energetics reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
For personalized products (talismans, sigils, Portrait of Potential), the order process begins upon receipt of complete customer data and payment. Standard fulfillment time is 24 hours to 7 days, depending on the current volume of orders.
For ready-made digital products (digital wallpapers, digital books), delivery takes place automatically via email after payment is confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order for a personalized product has been accepted and work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as stated in the order confirmation email. Prices are displayed in PLN. For international customers, currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 — DIGITAL DELIVERY All products are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer. If you have not received your file, please contact us at kr.energetics@gmail.com before submitting a complaint.
SECTION 6 — REFUND AND RETURN POLICY All KR Energetics products are personalized digital products created individually on order. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (Art. 38, points 3 and 13), they are not subject to return or refund once the digital content has been delivered or the personalization process has begun.
Complaints are accepted exclusively in the following cases:
- a technical error in the file,
- non-receipt of the file despite confirmed payment.
Energetic, subjective or preference-based complaints are not considered.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE All rights to designs, symbols, patterns, texts and other content created by KR Energetics are reserved and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased product solely for their own personal use.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- resale or commercial use of the product,
- copying, modifying or creating derivative works,
- public sharing or publishing of the design without written consent,
- modification of symbols and energetic codes.
SECTION 8 — DISCLAIMER KR Energetics products are tools for personal development, energetic work and symbolic practice. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Results of energetic and symbolic work are individual and cannot be guaranteed. KR Energetics is not liable for any decisions made by the customer based on the use of our products.
SECTION 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, KR Energetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY All personal data collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable European Union regulations, including GDPR.
SECTION 12 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
