Strength that recovers its rhythm instead of living only in haste

The archetype of Aries brings the energy of beginning, rapid mobilization, and readiness for action into Regulation and Rest. Its tension appears when movement becomes the only available way of responding and the body remains in a mode of “one more step” even when resources are clearly running out.
