Rest that does not first have to be earned all the way to exhaustion

The archetype of Capricorn brings responsibility, structure, endurance, and the ability to sustain direction over time. In Regulation and Rest, tension appears when the body continues operating in task mode even after work has ended: planning, monitoring, analyzing, and holding the structure in place. Rest can then look like a reward that is permitted only once everything has been done.

Capricorn reminds us that rest is part of a responsible rhythm, not its opposite. A person can stop working before exhaustion, delegate, ask for help, write a task down for tomorrow, and allow the body to come down from readiness. Responsibility does not have to mean permanent tension. Structure becomes more sustainable precisely when it includes recovery as one of its elements.
