The archetype of Pisces brings empathy, imagination, and strong sensitivity to atmosphere, images, and subtle emotions. In Regulation and Rest, tension appears when one’s own state becomes mixed with many stimuli, memories, and moods, and rest turns into another space filled with emotional material. In that situation, even inactivity does not necessarily mean real recovery.

Pisces reminds us that regulation is not the analysis of everything that has been felt. Sometimes the most supportive move is to allow emotions to settle, reduce the amount of stimulation, sleep, spend time in silence, return to simple signals from the body, and leave some questions unanswered for today. Sensitivity does not have to disappear. It can gain a horizon and a space in which rest does not require another effort of interpretation.
