The Libra archetype brings relationality, the ability to see several perspectives, and the need for harmony. In Conscious Change, difficulty can arise when every decision is measured primarily by other people’s reactions. A new direction sometimes changes the arrangement of a relationship, requires renegotiating terms, or means that not everyone will be equally pleased with the choice.

Libra reminds us that harmony does not always mean the absence of tension. Conscious change can include a conversation, setting a boundary, changing an agreement, or accepting that a difference of opinion does not have to destroy a bond. A decision from the heart is not a decision against others. It is an attempt to include the relationship without removing one’s own truth from it.
